Remote work available up to 2 days per week. 38,5 h per week, 30 days vacation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer needs in the social care sector and translate them into new product and service offerings.
• Assess market segments with regard to revenue potential, competition and entry barriers and develop evidence‑based recommendations.
• Create business cases for new business areas and evaluate their financial viability.
• Plan market entry strategies and support implementation from idea to roll‑out.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market and competitor analysis and optimize margins with targeted measures.
• Manage list prices and special conditions, and continue to evolve discount models.
• Translate strategic requirements into clear processes and KPIs, and collaborate closely with sales, procurement, marketing and finance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in pricing and a solid business‑economic understanding.
• Experience in project management and agile methods, including process modelling.
• Strong interface skills and communication strength.
• Hands‑on mentality and innovative spirit.
• Independent, structured and results‑oriented working style.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, safe handling of data analysis and common tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems).
