To support our continued expansion into new markets and partnerships, we are seeking a

Sales Director, EMEA

to strengthen our presence in existing regions and segments, while also driving growth into new areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities—whether regionally, across new segments, or through expanded product offerings.
  • Serve as the key interface between supplier partners and customers, enhancing communication and collaboration.
  • Manage opportunities and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with focus accounts to ensure alignment and deepen relationships.
  • Lead market sensing, demand planning, and forecasting activities.
  • Represent Wolgreve at external events, such as exhibitions and customer meetings.
  • Travel regularly across the EMEA region as required.

Your profile
  • Solid commercial and technical background in the EMEA IT hardware market, ideally with existing relationships with key OEMs or channel partners.
  • Experience in the memory industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong intercultural competence, ideally gained through international work, study, or personal experience.
  • Ability to engage confidently with customers at different levels and functions.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong drive to make an impact.
  • Must have permission to work in the European Union.
