SALES DIRECTOR EUROPE MAINLIGHT GLOBAL OEMS (M/F/D) BG LIGHTING

YOUR TASKS

As Sales Director (m/f/d) International OEMs for the BusinessgroupLighting, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of salesinitiatives across the European region of mainly two customers accounts:Stellantis & Renault. This role encompasses high-level responsibilities,driving regional growth, optimizing customer engagement, and ensuring alignmentwith corporate objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping the future ofthe Mainlight Division through visionary leadership and cross-functionalcollaboration.

  • Define and execute the Sales Strategy for Mainlight with International Customers, 2 main customers : Stellantis and Renault.
  • Represent thesales function, contributing to strategic decisions and corporategovernance.
  • Lead and mentorregional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talentdevelopment.
  • Driveacquisition and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with cost,timeline, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee complexnegotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance market position andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Championdigital transformation and process optimization across the salesorganization.
  • Act as theprimary liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, managingescalations and strategic communications.
  • Promote aculture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellencewithin the sales function.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degreein Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 yearsof progressive experience in automotive sales leadership, including directengagement with European OEMs.
  • Proven trackrecord of strategic leadership, team development.
  • Deepunderstanding of production, logistics, and cost optimization within theautomotive sector.
  • Fluency inEnglish; additional languages such German are a plus.
  • Exceptionalanalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drivesustainable growth.
