This role leads the European commercial activities of my clients expansion, primary responsible for the Beverage Flavor segment and secondary responsibility for Confectionery Flavors. The position holder expands the customer base within Europe, strengthens strategic relationships with beverage manufacturers, and supports the combined companies’ growth strategy. A key objective is to expand EU sales for my client's beverage flavors and other range of natural and organic flavors where there are business opportunities. This will require close collaboration with US Global Sales account representatives, US Product Beverage Applications, U.S. Marketing, and Consumer Insights to ensure the goal of achieving a global beverage flavor platform. The goal is to have a smooth transfer of technology, insights, and beverage application capabilities into the EU region to support new flavor revenues in the region for my client. In addition, the Sales Director can help support commercial efforts of my clients subsidiary in the Confectionery business and new business development when needed.
The position holder must also perform individual tasks related to the area of responsibility or arising from operational necessity.
