Sales Employee

We are looking for an experienced Sales Employee to assist one of our main clients with the sale of their compressors throughout Germany.

Please find an outline of the position below:

Your tasks

• Look after the area in which the sales, acquiring new customers whilst doing so
• Discuss key enquiries with other employees concerning the servicing of equipment and spare parts
• Perform award interviews with the chosen customers
• Maintain full visibility on the offer process throughout.
• Keep accurate records of area-specific project lists.
• The customers of the sales area are looked after.
• You are responsible for acquiring potential customers.
• Keep a record of the customer requirements as part of the service technician assignments.
• Perform market observation, including developing key sales strategies.
• Discuss customer enquiries with the employees of the Service and Spare Parts and Repairs departments.

Key Qualifications

• Several years of experience in sales or aftermarket, ideally within the oil and gas sector or similar sectors
• Strong level of communication in German and English
• Willingness to travel throughout German when needed
• Reasonable understanding of compressors and the sale process
