Sales Enablement Specialist (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Enablement Lead in EMEA to support the execution of regional CRM and sales enablement initiatives
  • Partnering with regional Heads of Sales, Marketing, and the CRM IT team to ensure alignment and adoption of the EMEA CRM harmonization strategy
  • Assisting in the development and design of new online and offline training and technology initiatives, including documentation, testing, training, coordination, rollout, and evaluation
  • Leveraging the potential of AI to enhance training concepts and delivery
  • Implementing train-the-trainer concepts in close cooperation with business process owners and trainers
  • Training Sales and Marketing CRM users on new processes and concepts, ensuring sustainable and future‑oriented solutions across EMEA
  • Supporting and advising key users in business departments on the implementation of their CRM‑related processes across the region
  • Driving change management initiatives by promoting CRM success stories and KPIs that highlight business value
  • Contributing to the evolution of the Sales Enablement strategy through process optimization and innovative AI‑driven training approaches
  • Leading or co‑leading special ad‑hoc projects to support the development and rollout of new initiatives

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Sales and Marketing processes, including at least 2 years in sales or sales management, ideally in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
  • Solid training skills, including the use of the latest learning technologies
  • A high level of motivation and the ability to drive projects independently to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional matrix organisation
  • A high degree of personal responsibility paired with innovative and solution‑oriented thinking
  • Persistence, accuracy, and a friendly demeanou, even in challenging situations
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for achieving client and organisational success
  • Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
  • Practice in project coordination or supporting regional rollouts across multiple countries is an advantage
