Formlabs is looking for an engineer with strong consultative skills to drive adoption of our technologies across the EMEA region. If you can quickly understand the needs of users across industries, navigate a business environment that is evolving at lightning speed, make complex ideas seem simple to new users, and drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing, join us as a Sales Engineer. The Job Develop a deep understanding of Formlabs’ products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate value propositions and drive sales opportunities.Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor to channel partners and customers throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure.Deliver engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations tailored to customer needs.Provide pre-sales application support and support benchmark part production to highlight product capabilities and accelerate decision-making.Develop custom solutions for customer installations using tools like the Formlabs API, Print Settings Editor, and more.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities in support of business goals and joint initiatives. You Speak, read, and write fluently in EnglishAre knowledgeable in CAD manipulation and design (Solidworks, Creo, Rhino,etc)Excel in storytelling and presenting, thriving in both small and large audience settings to captivate and convert leads.Possesses analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming challenges and driving tangible results.Have a history of customer-facing roles, including experience in establishing trust and rapport with customers.Have 3D printing knowledge (preferred, not required)Are a team playerAre open to frequent travel across countries within the region Bonus Skills Experience using Python to deploy solutions for customersEnjoy creating, designing, making, repairing, and developing new uses for toolsHave an optimistic attitude that encourages others to succeedFluent in additional commonly spoken languages Our Perks An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleaguesShares in the company (we're a double unicorn company!)In-office catering 3x per week, plus daily free beverages and snacksMonthly 50 EUR mobility subsidy (incl.
