Sales Executive (Mid-Level)
Düsseldorf / NRW Region (Hybrid – 1x per week in office)
€55,000 – €65,000 base + €20,000 (OTE €75–85k)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, award-winning SaaS platform in the booking and property management space. Their all-in-one cloud solution helps hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals manage reservations, boost occupancy, and connect with guests. With over 30,000 customers across Europe and North America, they’re rapidly expanding in the DACH market and now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their 10-person team.
The Opportunity
This is a role for a proven sales professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll be working a short sales cycle where persistence, energy, and genuine sales drive translate quickly into results. If you’re confident on the phone, skilled at running demos, and motivated by closing deals, this is a chance to play a key role in one of Germany’s fastest-growing SaaS markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Balance warm inbound leads with proactive outbound outreach.
  • Build and grow your own sales territory across the NRW region.
  • Deliver engaging online product demos to hoteliers, guesthouses, and vacation rentals.
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs: ~20 calls per day, pipeline management, and signing 20–35 new customers per quarter (avg. €3.5k MRR).
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and follow up on lead sequences.
  • Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent/native German speaker (essential).
  • Conversational English (for internal use).
  • 1+ year of proven sales experience — ideally SaaS, hospitality tech, or travel/tourism sales.
  • Confident with outbound sales, cold calling, and online demos.
  • Energetic, resilient, and motivated — you thrive in a high-activity, fast-moving sales environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
