Sales Executive for Business Solutions in Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Locations:

  • remote DACH

How you’ll shape mse’s journey:

  • Own the deal: Lead the full sales cycle - from outbound/inbound qualification through discovery, value case, and demo to quotation, negotiations, and closing.
  • Win new logos in manufacturing: Target mid-market manufacturers with complex, international supply chains.
  • Orchestrate complex cycles: Navigate multi-stakeholder deals (line of business, IT, Procurement, Legal) and keep the process structured and on track.
  • Sell value: Translate product USPs into business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, risk, time-to-value) and craft tailored proposals.
  • Team play & feedback loop: Work closely with Marketing, Business Architects, and Solution Architects; your market feedback flows straight back into the product/team.
  • Land & expand: Identify upsell/expansion opportunities within won accounts.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B software/SaaS sales (complex solutions, consultative/solution selling) with a track record of individual closings.
  • Strength in discovery, relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
  • Fluent professional English; German would also be strongly welcomed.
  • Experience with tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel for prospect and customer meetings.
  • Nice to have: Experience with manufacturing/SCM processes and demo storytelling.
