As a Sales Executive , you will be a key driver of our growth in the German market, with a core mission to acquire new business and forge lasting partnerships with wedding venues and suppliers. You will build immediate rapport and lead insightful discovery calls by using a listen-first approach to understand each client’s unique challenges and ambitions.

Your charismatic and engaging nature will allow you to transform initial conversations into long-term collaborations, providing the right solutions to help our partners succeed. If you excel at building trust through deep listening and clear communication, this role is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Driving new Business Growth by identifying and engaging potential new venues and suppliers across the German market through proactive, multi-channel outreach (including phone and email).
  • Owning the Full Acquisition Cycle, from initial prospecting and consultation to negotiating and closing new subscription-based partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with the SDR team to effectively qualify and convert inbound leads, working together to build a strong pipeline and achieve shared goals.
  • Acting as a consultant, helping businesses understand the value of our subscription platform and how it can solve their unique challenges to drive their growth.
  • Developing and executing creative strategies to expand our footprint and strengthen our market position within Germany.
  • Mastering our sales toolkit, including HubSpot and LinkedIn, to manage your pipeline and engage with prospects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German at a professional level.
  • Experienced in a target-driven, customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Business Development or Account Management).
  • Proactive and resilient, with a passion for winning new business.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, coachable, and enthusiastic about a career in a dynamic and innovative SaaS environment.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • A collaborative team player who is motivated by both individual and team success.
