Sales Executive - Germany

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a person with tourism studies and with a clear commercial vocation, an external sales representative specialized in the Corporate market for Munich/Berlin, a Sales Executive with a proven track record (>2 years experience) in a similar role, with a desire to learn and grow within the company, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market
• Research new market opportunities and develop strategies
• Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services
• Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly
• Telemarketing actions
• Track requests and accounts
• Resolve incidents

Requirements

• English, German and another languages are a plus
• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years
• Availability to travel
