Sales Expert / Full-Cycle Sales Manager (Software Development – Germany Market)

Linvelo is looking for a driven Sales Expert to lead end-to-end B2B sales in the DACH region. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and shaping tailored software development solutions for German-speaking markets.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT or software development.
  • Deep understanding of the German market and local business culture.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

What you will be working on

  • Identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients in the German-speaking market.
  • Selling full-cycle software development services — from discovery to deployment.
  • Driving the complete sales process: outreach, client meetings, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborating with delivery and marketing teams to tailor proposals and presentations.
  • Building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

It’s a big plus if you:

  • Have experience working with German SMEs or enterprise-level clients.
  • Are confident using CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Understand the technical fundamentals of the software development lifecycle.
