Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist (DACH)

What you will do

• Assist the Senior Manager SFE DACH across all operational and analytical tasks.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and performance gaps.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs sales targets and productivity metrics.
• Support all matters related to the sales territory structure.
• Provide statistical insights for SFE KPIs and Direct Sales.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of sales training programs materials and resources.
• Work with tools such as XPM OCE and Ysura Sample Management.
• Act as the substitute for the Junior Manager CRM when required.
• Administer sales incentive letters.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager SFE on IQVIA sales data PowerBI Dataview segmentation and targeting.
• Participate in national sales meetings (with occasional travel) and project groups (primarily online).
• Follow GDP guidelines and ensure full compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• Univercity degree in Controlling Finance Office Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales operations sales support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of data management and analytical tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI).
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel PowerPoint and Word) and experience with CRM systems (desirable).
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
