The Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of our DACH sales team. By providing comprehensive support of the Senior Manager SFE, this role ensures that our sales force operates at its highest potential, driving revenue growth and fostering customer satisfaction.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Assist the Senior Manager, SFE DACH across all operational and analytical tasks.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, sales targets, and productivity metrics.
  • Support all matters related to the sales territory structure.
  • Provide statistical insights for SFE, KPIs, and Direct Sales.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of sales training programs, materials, and resources.
  • Work with tools such as XPM, OCE, and Ysura Sample Management.
  • Act as the substitute for the Junior Manager CRM when required.
  • Administer sales incentive letters.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager SFE on IQVIA sales data, PowerBI, Dataview, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Participate in national sales meetings (with occasional travel) and project groups (primarily online).
  • Follow GDP guidelines and ensure full compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Controlling, Finance, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data management and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, methodologies, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and experience with CRM systems (desirable).
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
