Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading German-based manufacturer of fuels and lubricants, seeking a Sales Manager for their growing business in Europe & Asia. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for establishing new business and expanding market presence. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive lubricant sector, and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management.

Responsibilities:

Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business while growing accounts.
Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets.
Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations.
Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations.
Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate activities and share feedback on customer experiences.
Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales within the automotive sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style.
Knowledge of the market and ability to conduct competitive analysis.
