As a Commercial Manager at Check Point, you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic sales team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. Leadership
- Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security sales professionals
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions
Customer/Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Work closely with them to understand customers/partners needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvementImplement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to Sales Director Commercial
Coaching And Development
- Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective sales techniques
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- Working with employees close to strategic account planning and MEDDPICC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in IT (security) sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
- Good skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Business acumen and process driven
- Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
- Native German language, fluent English language
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
- You can work remotely, with regular visits of the office by demand
