Your Mission

As Sales Manager Cybersecurity (m/f/d) you will be responsible for building and expanding our business in the segments Public and Industry . You will develop sustainable customer relationships and ensure that our security solutions are deployed exactly where they add the greatest value.

  • You identify and win new customers and projects in the Public Sector as well as in the Industry/Security segment.
  • You spot market trends, customer needs and business opportunities at an early stage and derive concrete actions from them.
  • You take responsibility for pipeline and revenue and manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal preparation through to negotiation and successful contract closing.
  • You identify relevant public tenders , take them on, prepare the documentation and manage the entire tender process in a professional manner.
  • You continuously observe the market, anticipate customer requirements and turn them into targeted sales activities.
  • You work closely with our technical specialists to develop tailored solutions for our customers .
  • You actively build your network with decision-makers across different industries.
  • You maintain existing customer relationships (accounts and key accounts) and develop them strategically to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Together with the marketing team, you develop targeted campaigns, events and communication activities to strengthen our market presence .
  • You represent achelos at trade fairs and industry events and actively expand your professional network.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales in new business acquisition or business development in a technical or consulting-related environment
  • Solid knowledge in embedded security or security engineering
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex IT and security architectures in a way that is easy to understand
  • Experience with public sector tenders
  • An existing network in the Public / Security segment is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills in both German and English
  • A self-driven , goal-oriented way of working combined with genuine team spirit
