About the Company: We are partnering with an international industrial manufacturer headquartered in Southern Europe. The company specializes in innovative building automation components and smart building technology used in commercial and residential applications. To strengthen market presence, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager DACH to develop and grow business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a channel partner network of installers, distributors, system integrators, and design/engineering offices
• Maintain and grow key customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making
• Support go‑to‑market strategies , customer product trainings, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with international teams in Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure successful market execution

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical/commercial field
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or channel sales, ideally within building automation, HVAC controls, smart building solutions, or industrial automation
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative sales capability with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region
