To support our continued growth and expand our footprint in the Nordics, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Data Centers in the Nordics region. This is a strategic, high-impact role offering significant autonomy. You will be responsible for building a Nordics data center pipeline, developing key partnerships, and positioning Mammoet early in the project lifecycle—where engineered solutions create competitive advantage. You will work closely with engineering and operations to turn customer requirements into repeatable work packages and scalable commercial success across the Nordic region. DAS BEREITET IHNEN FREUDE

As Sales Manager Data Centers (Nordics), you will own Mammoet’s commercial development for the data center segment across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

  • Developing and executing a Nordics data center strategy (key accounts, partners, priority geographies).
  • Building a qualified pipeline by engaging early with OEM/Owners, EPC/EPCM, and general contractors.
  • Owning the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract signature.
  • Shaping engineered solutions and repeatable offerings (module handling, heavy transport logistics, site logistics, installation support).
  • Building strategic relationships and partner networks (EPCM/GC, steel/module suppliers, freight forwarders).
  • Driving tender strategy and internal alignment (methods, pricing, execution concept, risk).
  • Maintaining strong pipeline governance and forecasting discipline.
  • Monitoring market development and competitor activity to identify opportunities early.
  • Representing Mammoet in the Nordics data center ecosystem (events, customer workshops, partner meetings).

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • Experience in technical sales / business development in construction, engineering services, industrial logistics, or data center delivery ecosystem (preferably).
  • Demonstrated ability to build a market and pipeline proactively (strategic hunting, partner‑led growth).
  • Commercial strength: negotiation, influencing, contract awareness, and value‑based selling.
  • Technical mindset and ability to translate customer constraints into practical engineered solutions.
  • Fluency in English. Nordic and German languages are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Nordics.
