Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager Direct Accounts, based in Lüdenscheid. The role involves managing and growing direct accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying business opportunities to increase revenue. Additional responsibilities include creating and executing strategic plans, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Candidates are expected to balance working on-site with remote work flexibility.

Capable of maintaining profitable and win/win relationships with the customers and to solve their problems in a positive and proactive manner, considering the available resources and the company’s objectives.

Good knowledge of the products/solutions and the technologies the organization supports.

Oriented to reach the results and to finalize the started activities with respect to the final objectives.

Good relationship manager, available and willing to work in a team environment.

Logical thinking, structured, good memory. Good time management, personal organization, capable of making products, solutions, ROI and TCO presentations.

Able to innovate and interested to develop the business, customer portfolio and interested to continuously improve activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Familiarity with electromechanical, connectivity, or thermal management products is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
