Sales Manager – East Europe

Company: Sentrycs | Counter‑Drone Solutions Adapting at the Speed of Threats

About the Company: Sentrycs is developing and bringing to market a technology‑leading counter‑drone solution designed to protect urban environments. Our platform automatically detects, tracks, takes over, and safely lands unauthorized commercial drones in a designated zone.

About the Role: If you want to make an impact on shaping the defense counter‑drone market, work on revolutionary technologies in one of the most innovative environments full of A‑players who are the sharpest, most talented professionals in their field, yet love to party and have fun.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Products industries, including drones.
  • Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory.
  • Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HLS/Defense Products Industry – must.
  • Proficiency in English – must.
  • Proficiency in Russian – must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
