What You’ll Do

• Drive new business: identify, approach, and close deals with CPOs, fleet operators, retailers, energy providers, and municipalities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Identify market trends and provide insights for product and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in EV charging, renewable energy, or related battery technologies.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and C‑level sales.
• Strong industry network (CPOs, utilities, fleet managers, property owners, municipalities).
• High mobility and flexibility to travel across the DACH region (up to 70%).
• Technical understanding of DC charging systems or battery storage solutions.
