, a multinational group in the polymer and compounding industry, providing specialized solutions for automotive, electric & electronics, appliances, household and industrial applications. For their Gertman subsidiary we are looking for a:

Sales Manager – Engineering Plastics

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will develop business in the plastic and polymer industry, serving customers in Germany and throughout Europe.

Amongst your responsibilities we highlight:

• Manage and develop profitable sales in the assigned area of responsibility.

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.

• Client management: maintain and promote strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Collaboration: work closely with the international team to ensure alignment with sales strategies and key accounts.

• Reporting: prepare regular reports on sales activities.

We are searching for someone with a technical education in a related field, with solid sales experience in selling polymers and compounds to the industry. You are proactive and enthusiastic about seeking new business opportunities, with strong negotiation skills. You are willing to travel, and fluency in English and German is a must.
