Our extensive product portfolio—including actuators, pumps, electric motors and many more—demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions across various applications.We are currently seeking a **Sales** **Manager** to **drive growth in Europe** for our **Powder Metal BU**, developing high-precision powder metal components for automotive drivelines, powertrains and related systems. This is **a new, strategic role in Europe** based in **Germany – Aachen or Stuttgart**. In this position, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers to drive sales performance and expand our presence in the market.**Responsibilities:*** Proactively drive new business and new customer development in the European market for the Powder Metal Business Unit.* Manage negotiations, working directly with key decision-makers at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with an emphasis on building lasting partnerships.* Lead cross-functional teams through RFQ, quotation and project launch phases to meet customer and business requirements.* Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines and deliverables.* Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations to support sustainable customer relationships.* Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, quality and timeline commitments.* Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management and reporting tools.* Ensure adherence to quality, process and brand standards, including support of customer audits and quality-related topics.* Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to spot and capitalize on new opportunities.**Our requirements:*** Minimum **5 years of business development experience** in an automotive Tier 1 supplier, preferably with OEM customer exposure and driveline knowledge.* Experience in **powder metal components** is highly desirable.* Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.* **Fluency in English** is essential and **fluency in German would be highly preferred.*** Strong skills in marketing, business development, project management, negotiation, time management and prioritization.* Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach.* Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.* **Willingness to frequent travel (~50%):** to customers in Europe (mainly in Germany) and occasional travelling to overseas, ~1-2 times a year.**What We offer:*** Top-industry compensation and benefits package, including company car, bonus.* Work-life balance: through flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation and many more.* The opportunity to develop your professional skills thanks to the wide range of products we manufacture and our global presence.* Become a part of a multicultural team characterized by an international team spirit, an open and familiar cooperation and a pleasant working atmosphere.* Whether it is our Stuttgart or Aachen office, we are involved in local projects supporting good causes and we have regular company events with all kinds of activities to enjoy.***Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team***Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
