Sales Manager For Injection Molding Machine

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for market development, product sales, customer acquisition and retention, brand promotion, and market intelligence collection for Yizumi's injection molding machines and related products in the German market.
2. Develop annual personal sales plans and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies and subsidiary operational plans for the German market.
3. Lead the German sales team in targeting key accounts, participate in major contract negotiations, and manage day-to-day sales operations.
4. Identify and maintain relationships with local German agents and resellers.
5. Conduct regular visits to Key (K)-level customers and foster strong customer relationships.
6. Provide product training and sales mentoring to new sales representatives.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in selling mechanical equipment; experience with injection molding machines or auxiliary equipment is a plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3. Solid understanding of the local German injection molding machine industry.
4. Strong customer communication and business negotiation skills.
5. Ability to collect and analyze market data, and develop sales plans and strategies.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, etc.
