Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help expand our business in Germany. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German (English is a plus) and have experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or SaaS solutions . This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in-office , but requires willingness to travel to trade shows and industry events to engage with potential hotel clients.

Work Model

This position can be performed remotely or in-office, depending on the candidate’s location and preference.

Key Responsibilities

● Acquire new hotel clients in Germany and expand existing customer relationships.

● Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales agreements.

● Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to acquire new clients .

● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

● Collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to ensure customer success.

● Maintain and update sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

● Fluent German speaker (English is a plus).

● 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or SaaS solutions .

● Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events across Germany and Europe .

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic.

● A driver’s license is a plus.
