Your position
As a Sales Manager for Germany & Switzerland, you are responsible for developing and expanding our business with customers in the steel industry across the region. You’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening long‑term partnerships across our full refractory product portfolio. This role is field‑based, with approximately 60–70% travel within Germany and Switzerland, and occasional international customer visits. You will work independently with a high degree of flexibility and ownership, structuring and developing your market while aligning closely with internal stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to our customers. As a trusted partner and ambassador, you act as key interface between our customers and our company, contributing directly to our commercial success.
