FREENOW for Client Travel: Businesses (predominantly Hotels) can book transport for their guests in seconds with our Client Travel product. Key industries include hospitality venues (hotels and restaurants) and car hire.

Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager (Hospitality) you will join our Client Travel team in Munich and overachieve our targets for new and existing business. Your daily routine will include searching for prospects that fit our target accounts and mastering outreach strategies to skyrocket conversion rates using our sales engagement platform.

  • Lead new customer acquisition and engagement across Europe, steering the 360° sales process from prospecting to acquisition.
  • Field‑based role: meet clients face‑to‑face, showcase our solution, and drive adoption of FREENOW’s technology.
  • Run the onboarding process to ensure our clients see day‑to‑day business benefits.
  • Contribute to product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients – relationship meetings, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and close monitoring of booking behavior.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of reaching or overachieving sales targets (knowledge of the hospitality industry desirable but not mandatory).
  • Love being on the move and actively prospecting.
  • Understand how your activities impact sales quota.
  • Data‑driven decision maker.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Customer‑centric mindset – willing to collaborate with internal teams to improve products.
  • Continuous learning mindset – use coaching and self‑reflection to hone sales skills.
  • Fluent German and at least B2 level English.
