Your tasks are:

• Establishment and development of the sales Region in Northindia.
• Creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Further development of existing key accounts and distributors as well as identification and exploitation of new market opportunities.
• Coordinating sales activities with other departments (technical sales, logistics, production).
• Planning and conceptualization of the annual sales budget

What we expect from you:

• You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine
• You already have experience in the animal feed industry, including at least 3 years in additive sales.
• You have a strong customer focus and a passion for sales success.
• You have a high level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally
• You speak business English and you are fluent in at least one Northindian language (e.g. Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri)
• Your hands‑on mentality and good communication skills characterize you.
• You have project management experience and a creative and pioneering spirit
• You have solid experience working in companies operating internationally.
