Our client is a unique startup in a $1 trillion market, transforming industrial spare parts management with the goal of reducing overstock and waste. Their SaaS platform, powered by big data and AI, enhances data quality and optimizes maintenance logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective parts availability.

They are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record in B2B SaaS selling Industry 4.0/ Supply Chain solutions to chemical, pharmaceutical, or automotive companies.
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with company goals to drive growth and market penetration.
  2. Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, expanding our reach within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
  3. Customer Engagement: Work closely with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, ensuring solutions exceed expectations.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence.
  5. Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
