Sales Manager – Pulp & Paper Automation

Ready to unlock resource efficiency among Pulp & Paper customers in the German area? We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our position in the Pulp & Paper Automation market in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales in the defined area of East and Central Germany.
• Manage sales cases from development to contract signature, including technical and commercial quotations and delivery contracts.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships and manage customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales colleagues, Solution Managers and Service teams located in Germany and Finland.
• Travel up to 50% of the working time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process Automation or Sales is required.
• Customer focused approach with solid sales and negotiating skills.
• Experience in the Pulp and/or Paper industry and processes is a plus.
• Proactive ownership and accountability in driving customer success.
• Knowledge of Valmet Automation Solutions or automation solutions for the Pulp & Paper industry is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel and actively visit customers.
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory in both). Additional languages are a plus.

Location

Germany (Eastern Region preferred, remote work option when not travelling) with regular travel to meet customers.
