Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Italy for Earthmoving Equipment

Your mission

• Drive sales and promotion of earthmoving equipment to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers for sales, marketing, and service support
• Work with the technical team to provide training to dealers and customers
• Maintain direct contact with key customers and major rental companies
• Report on market trends, channel development, sales, and customer feedback

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in the construction equipment and earthmoving industry
• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Strong communication, coordination, market insight, and analytical skills
• Willing to travel throughout Italy and occasionally abroad
