As the Commerical Manager, you’ll engage directly with clinicians, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders at events, conferences, and in one-on-one meetings. Your mission is to bring our vision into meaningful conversations, positioning our products effectively in the market, developing new opportunities, and deepening existing relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector through outreach, product demonstrations, and deal execution.Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and professional events as an advocate for our solutions and values.Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, practice managers, and other key stakeholders.Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence across the DACH region.Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, product, and customer success — to integrate market insights and improve the overall client experience.Manage leads and opportunities using CRM and digital tools to ensure a structured, transparent sales process.Work closely with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, set priorities, and identify target customer segments.About YouProven experience in sales, preferably within technology, SaaS, or healthcare industries.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting to a range of professional audiences.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Native-level German and fluent English proficiency, with outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
