Territory: DACH

Salary and package: €80,000 - €100,000 + 25% Annual Sales Bonus & Company Car

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll take a central role in shaping long‑term partnerships with key customers across the DACH region, becoming their trusted technical advisor, and delivering high‑value solutions that solve some of the most complex challenges in modern biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering closely with biopharma and CDMO customers to understand their process needs and match them with the company’s expanding single‑use technology offering.
  • Designing and implementing strategic account strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams —including product development, engineering, and supply chain—to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
  • Building, managing, and advancing a healthy sales pipeline , converting qualified opportunities into strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Leading commercial discussions and contract negotiations , balancing profitability with customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
  • Working in coordination with channel partners to maximise market reach, ensure consistent messaging, and strengthen overall market presence.
  • Representing the organisation at key industry events —from conferences to trade fairs—to deepen market understanding and enhance visibility.
  • Delivering accurate forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic planning and business decision‑making.
  • Providing actionable customer feedback to internal teams to influence innovation, new product development, and future technology roadmaps.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced sales or account manager who combines commercial acumen with genuine technical curiosity and knowledge.

  • Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a similar technical discipline.
  • Brings a minimum of five years’ experience in sales or account management within biopharma, bioprocessing, or single‑use technologies.
  • Commercially astute , with the ability to spot opportunities and influence key stakeholders in regulated markets.
  • Technically proficient , able to grasp complex manufacturing challenges and recommend appropriate, high‑value solutions.
  • Clear, confident, and engaging communicator , both verbally and in writing.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, hands‑on approach to delivering results.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive , driven by curiosity, initiative, and a desire to achieve sustainable growth.
