Join us as an Inside Sales Specialist at Smoobu – The Vacation Rental Software. The role is based in Germany and requires fluent German plus an additional European language at a professional level.

How You Will Contribute To Our Success

From day one you will have the autonomy to make meaningful contributions and help us grow our sales department. As part of the Host Relations team you will be the human connection to our product, delivering effective solutions that satisfy clients worldwide.

  • Re‑engage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued partnership.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly quotas while maintaining a well‑organized pipeline.
  • Provide a service above expectations to upsell products and services.
  • Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution.
  • Proactively improve processes for yourself and your team.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience with proven inside sales expertise.
  • Are a natural people‑person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong consultative selling skills, especially on the phone.
  • Can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Have experience with Pipedrive or a similar CRM; SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus.
  • Speak German at a high proficiency level; proficiency in a second European language (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese) is advantageous.

Recruitment Process

  1. 30‑minute call with a recruiter.
  2. 45‑60 minute call with your future manager.
  3. 45‑60 minute technical assessment with a peer or stakeholder (may include a take‑home assignment).
  4. 30‑minute call with your future team members.
  5. Reference check and offer.
