Sales Manager – Stuttgart area – Up to €100,000 (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Global Sales Manager while managing sales activities across the European regions
• Monitor sales forecasts and customer data, maintaining a structured pipeline, and regularly reporting on pipeline status
• Design and execute compelling customer presentations and collaborate closely with the inside sales team on bids and tenders
• Represent and commercialize the full portfolio
• Proactively approach and develop target accounts to generate new business opportunities
• Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with existing customers and strategic partners

Requirements

• Completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales role, within the electromechanical systems sector (Ideally optics-based measurement systems)
• Strong Business Development as well as Account Management skills
• Strong Project Management capabilities, with experience managing parallel projects on a global scale
• Your approach is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused, along with exceptional negotiation, acquisition, and closing skills
• Willing and able to travel within Europe (Up to 30%)
• Fluency in German & English is mandatory
