Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for expanding our market presence in the United Kingdom within the OEM and aftermarket segments
• Management and further development of existing customer relationships with bicycle manufacturers, distributors, and retail structures
• Identification of new business opportunities and acquisition of new customers
• Responsibility for revenue, volume, and margin targets in the UK and non-European markets

• Strategic management of OEM partners and bicycle manufacturers
• Support in product development and customer-specific solutions
• Close collaboration with Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain
• Management of forecasts, project plans, and series launches

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts
• Development and implementation of sales strategies for spare parts and accessory ranges
• Planning and execution of market activities, trainings, and presentations
• Participation in industry trade fairs and events

• Monitoring of market, competitor, and technology trends
• Deriving sales and product strategies for the UK and non-European markets
• Close collaboration with Marketing and Product Management for product launches

Your Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally in international sales
• Experience in OEM and/or aftermarket business
• Strong understanding of the structure of the bicycle market in the United Kingdom and outside Europe
• A robust network within the bicycle industry is an advantage
• Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• High willingness to travel within the UK market and beyond
• Residence in the United Kingdom
