To support the fast growth of our Testing Laboratory, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in this market .

Position based in Lintgen (Luxembourg) with a planned move end of 2025 to our brand-new Industry 4.0 site in Bissen

Enjoy high autonomy in the field , with home office possible (in compliance with legal regulations) and travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (company vehicle included)

Actively contribute to the expansion of our Rotarex Ceodeux product range and the regional sales strategy

Develop and grow your market by combining account management with new business opportunities

Work in a technical and international B2B environment (high-end gas equipment)

As Sales Manager, you will be the face of Rotarex
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

Winning new customers across the region

Traveling regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions

Using our CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues

Delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts

Monitoring market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities

Consistently achieving (or exceeding) your sales targets

Must have:

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP

Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly

Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)

A proven track record in business development

Excellent communicator and negotiator

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven

Comfortable working independently from a home office or at our HQ in Luxembourg
