The company is positioning itself as a long‑term partner for utilities, grid operators, and EPC contractors across both onshore and offshore transmission.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial and business development activities across Germany’s transmission and offshore wind markets. This is a senior, highly visible position with genuine influence over strategy and outcomes—and a clearly defined opportunity to progress into a Commercial / Sales Director role within approximately two to three years, aligned to continued market growth and individual performance.
This role blends the credibility and scale of a global OEM with the autonomy and pace of a fast‑growing European operation.
Germany is one of Europe’s most strategically important transmission markets, with major HVDC and HVAC programmes underpinning grid expansion and offshore wind integration. This role sits at the centre of those programmes, with direct responsibility for shaping market engagement and securing multi‑million‑euro projects. The region already accounts for almost 20% of annual turnover and provides excellent visibility across the group.
You will have real ownership, executive visibility, and the mandate to influence long‑term commercial direction.
This position is designed as a direct feeder into Director level . As the organisation continues to expand its European footprint and system capability, strong performance in this role will lead to broader leadership responsibility and progression into a Director position within c. two years .
