Sales Manager（Geely Auto Brand)

Value orientation: Responsible for achieving business objectives in target market, promoting market position, continuously promoting brand growth and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.
• Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers), planned and developed the local channel network;
• Formulated and strengthened annual/monthly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators);
• Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation;
• Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
• Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance.
• Be GEELY ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.

Qualifications

• Work experience: 5 years or above Auto sales experience；
• Value motivation: enjoy the sense of achievement under high pressure and pursue the achievement of goals;
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Other special additional conditions: market acumen, pioneering spirit, passion tenacity.
