Your tasks as a Sales & Partnership Specialist

Communicating with potential and existing customers by phone and email

Creating and sending offers and quotations

Following up with leads and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Identifying and contacting potential resellers, platform partners, and B2B clients

Participating in sales-related events or partner meetings

Entering and updating customer and partner data in our system

Coordinating internally with the support and logistics teams for customer-related processes

Helping develop and refine sales processes and materials (you’ll get to improve things, not just follow a script)

Your profile

You enjoy working with people and taking responsibility for your area of work

You care about customer satisfaction and want your work to make a difference

You have a very good command of German (C1+) and a good command of English (B2+)

You’re confident using standard office tools like Word, Excel or LibreOffice

You’re good with numbers and pay attention to the details

You work carefully and systematically — especially when it comes to pricing and communication

You’re reliable, flexible, and open to taking on any task that fits your skills

You’re eager to learn and grow, and you see challenges as a chance to develop

You feel at home in a team and enjoy contributing to shared success

Nice to have

• 10 finger typing (or generally fast typing), since a lot has to be written in support
• Call Center / Support Experience

Paid days off:

25 paid days off

Working time model:

Full time (up to 8 hours per day) • Part-time (20 hours a week)

Work hours:

Full time: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to approx. 16:30 / 17:00

Part time: Some days a week mornings to early afternoon. Will be agreed individually.

2. Telephone interview

If your application has convinced us, we will contact you and arrange a telephone interview.

The phone interview lasts about an hour and we mainly want to get a feel for how you would act in different situations, what is important to you and whether it is generally a good fit.

3. Paid trial day

During the trial day, you can get to know the work and your colleagues directly and see if you enjoy it.

At the same time, we can check how well you fit into the team and whether the "chemistry" is right. And how capable you are of learning (quick perception is very important to us!).
