With a global presence across 13 markets, we are building a world-class sales organization to scale efficiently, enhance customer experience, and maximize lead conversion.

We are now looking for a Sales Planner & Analyst to join our global sales team. This role sits at the intersection of planning, execution, and analytics — perfect for someone who is both data-driven and execution-focused. You'll design and run targeted sales campaigns, track performance, and ensure our resources are always aligned with revenue-driving priorities.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns (seasonal pushes, product launches, upsells/referrals, lead reactivation).

  • Develop campaign structures: lists, cadences, messaging, and incentives.

  • Manage the global sales campaign calendar in alignment with Marketing and regional teams.

  • Track campaign performance and adjust tactics in real time.

  • Provide playbooks, target lists, and messaging for each campaign.

  • Ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing-generated leads and Sales teams.

  • Analyze lead quality, productivity, deal velocity, and campaign ROI.

  • Build dashboards and deliver actionable post-campaign insights.

  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, modeling pipeline contribution, and quota attainment.

  • Design "fill-in" campaigns during low inbound periods and reactivate older leads.

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Country Managers.

  • Share best practices and campaign learnings across markets.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning (D2C/e-commerce a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills; proficient with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and BI tools.

  • Experienced in designing and executing measurable sales or marketing campaigns.

  • Fluent in English (C1+); additional European languages a plus.

  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative — comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, and execution.
