Territory Sales Manager - Northwest Germany

A medical device market leader in critical care and ultrasonic imaging technologies, are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their sales team, covering Northwest Germany (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and Bremen). This is a new position due to the team’s impressive performance, which is a strong indicator of both the demand for their products and the stability of the business. Its an exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson to tap into a growing market.

As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales across the region, hunting new business opportunities while also supporting existing customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in competitive environments and enjoys the challenge of building a large sales pipeline. Whether you're in operating theatres wearing scrubs or presenting in hospital boardrooms, your ability to engage and persuade will directly contribute to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales activity : Prospecting, product evaluations, customer presentations, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline management : Strategically manage sales pipelines to hit revenue targets and maximize income.
  • Customer engagement : Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at key accounts, understanding their needs and influencing their strategies.
  • Stay adaptable : Continuously learn and adjust to market changes to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent/native level of German + already based in the Northwest Germany territory (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, and Bremen).
  • Experience in medical devices is needed, capital equipment sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development inNorthDE .
  • Strong relationship-building and independent working capabilities.
  • Competitive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
