Lino GmbH is a leading company in the field of Product Configuration and Design Automation. Our software solutions help companies in the mechanical and plant engineering and manufacturing industries to efficiently configure, sell and manufacture complex products. In order to continue our growth, we are looking for reinforcement in sales with a focus on new customer acquisition and initial contact.

Sales Representative B2B Software (m/f/d)

Holistic B2B sales

Your task

• Independent acquisition and support of B2B customers throughout the entire sales cycle
• Identification and approach of potential customers via telephone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Qualifying incoming leads and conducting needs analyses
• Developing suitable solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts
• Long-term maintenance of customer relationships and utilization of cross-selling and up-selling potential
• Close cooperation with marketing and sales, as well as maintenance of the sales pipeline in CR

Your profile

• Completed studies or vocational training with a focus on sales, business or technology
• Technical understanding of mechanical and plant engineering and the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Initial experience in cold calling, telephone canvassing or lead generation in the B2B sector is an advantage
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and enjoy direct customer contact
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working with a high level of self-motivation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
