The German branch of a large US medical technology group is growing rapidly. The last regionally hired employee broke records in their first month, and the bar for performance is set high. This position is intended for a true hunter/closer - someone who builds their own pipeline, drives field sales activities, and turns new clinics into long‑term customers.

Germany remains an untapped market for the company. Demand is high, competition is low, and the earning potential for the right employee is significant.

Please note: We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success in a position as a new business hunter and who are able to commute to Stuttgart.

The position

This is purely a new business position.

No customer support. No customer care.

Your task is to make door‑to‑door contact with clinics, cold calling, area planning, and closing new business deals in Munich/Bavaria.

What you should bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales or regional sales
  • Experience in sales in medical, clinical, or healthcare environments (equipment, capital goods, consumables, or treatment systems)
  • Proven success in generating leads and strong closing skills
  • Confident manner in personal conversations with clinic owners, dermatologists, practice managers, and operators of private practices
  • Familiarity with US‑style KPIs, weekly targets, and a visible performance culture

Advantages
