Role Overview

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an on-site sales team in Berlin. The role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving performance targets in a dynamic sales environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €2,750 gross per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 gross per month
• Language Bonus: €300 gross per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients
• Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email
• Accurately log activities and updates in CRM systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)

• Dutch: C1 level or higher
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Only candidates currently based in Berlin will be considered
