Sales Specialist (f/m/x) in Italy - Earthmoving Equipment

Your mission

• Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customers
• Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunities
• Collect and report information on market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback to support commercial decisions

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent proven experience in the earthmoving industry
• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industrial sectors
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectively
• Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
