Salary: Base €34,500 + Uncapped Monthly Commission

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Sales Specialist

• Manage warm leads (as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in our products) and handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.
• Be responsive to inbound leads, consult with the business to capture their profile and needs.
• Manage your pipeline to identify all suitable prospects and guide them through the sales cycle to achieve sales targets and increase bonus earnings (uncapped).
• Provide demonstrations on available financial products and advise on benefits in consultation with both high and low volume businesses.
• Engage in business-to-business conversations at multiple levels, build relationships, and understand the buyer journey for both short and longer, multi-party sales in a consultative manner.

Qualifications

• Results orientation with a drive to achieve top results and utilize available resources to reach outcomes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to establish customer relationships and offer long-term targeted solutions.
• Strong interest in technology with the ability to explain technical information and create custom solutions.
• Comfortable using different systems and quick to learn processes.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver virtual demos to prospects.
• Fluency in English and German
