Job Title: Sales Strategy & Insights Specialist (m/f/d) Europe
In this role, you will support the European Sales Organization by delivering analytical, structural, and content-driven contributions that enhance decision-making quality, ensure strategic alignment, and drive effective commercial execution across regional Sales teams. You will transform data into actionable insights, create high-impact presentations for executives, and coordinate content across countries and segments. Additionally, you will improve Sales’ digital journey through structured reporting and efficient knowledge management. This is not an administrative role; it is an analytical, project-oriented position working closely with Sales leadership and regional teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Business teams, Marketing, MarCom, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Operations to strengthen alignment and execution. This role turns data into insights, prepares high impact presentations for executives, coordinates content across countries and segments, and enhances Sales’ digital journey through structured reporting and efficient knowledge management. The position is not administrative in nature – it is designed as an analytical and project-oriented role working directly with Sales leadership and their regional teams. He/she will exchange with the Business teams, Marketing, MarCom, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance and Operations as needed to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
