Sales Strategy

As a core member of the European Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of sales strategies in Germany and the broader European region.

About the Role

You will be responsible for commercial policy development, new retail model rollout, sales planning management, and support for system establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and commercial strategy setting
• Responsible for sales process setting
• Responsible for sales planning and stock management
• Responsible for competitors sales strategy analysis to keep brand competition

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years sales strategy experience
• Familiar with direct sales process
• Good analysis skills
